Commercial EICR and PAT testing, certificate within 24 hours
For shops, offices, holiday lets, cafés and small workplaces. Inspections planned around your opening hours, with portable appliance testing in the same visit if you need it.

Why businesses need an EICR
The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 require employers to keep electrical systems safe. A periodic inspection is the usual way to show you've done that, and insurers and landlords of commercial units often ask to see the report.
Industry guidance suggests an inspection at least every five years for offices and shops, and more often for some premises. Your last report will state when the next one is due.
Keeping disruption low
- Visits booked early, late or on quieter days to suit your trade;
- circuits isolated one at a time where possible, so you're never fully without power for long;
- servers, tills and fridges discussed with you before anything is switched off.
PAT testing in the same visit
Portable appliance testing checks kettles, extension leads, computers and other plug-in equipment. Each item is labelled and recorded, and you get a full register for your records.
Holiday let owners have a duty to keep guests safe, and many booking platforms and insurers expect an up-to-date EICR. We can work between changeovers.
Parks need inspecting every year and have their own rules for pitch supplies. See our holiday park services, including CCTV and ANPR.
